A 23-year-old man is to be charged in connection with the murder of Melanie McCarthy McNamara, who was shot dead in Dublin two weeks ago.

Sixteen-year-old Melanie was shot twice in the head as she sat in the back seat of a car on Brookview Way in Tallaght on February 7.
