Quinn family due back in court

Contempt of court proceedings against bankrupt businessman Sean Quinn, his son and his nephew return to the High Court this morning.

The legal action is being taken by the former Anglo Irish Bank which claims the three are in breach of an injunction put in place last summer preventing them from moving certain assets.
