Psychiatric nurses criticise 'shambolic' early-retirement response

The handling of the early retirement scheme in the health service has been a "shambles", with 400 frontline psychiatric staff set to leave under the scheme, the Psychiatric Nurses Association has said.

The Association said the loss of so many frontline staff would severely affect patient care.
