Varadkar fears referendum would be influenced by 'bigger issues'

Transport Minister Leo Varadkar fears that any potential referendum on an EU fiscal treaty would be hijacked by other concerns.

"It won't be a very successful referendum, if we have to have one, if the referendum is going to be on all sorts of other issues or bigger issues than what the question is," he said.
