One man released in fuel laundering investigation
Gardaí have released one of two men they were questioning in connection with the discovery of an fuel laundering plant in Co Louth last night.
A man in his 20s has been released without charge, while a man in his 30s is still in custody at
Dundalk Garda station.
The factory was discovered at Courtbane in Hackballscross.
It had the capacity to launder 12 million litres of fuel each year at a cost of around €6m to the Exchequer.
