Cabinet agrees to reduce bankruptcy period

The Cabinet has agreed to introduce new legislation which would reduce the period of bankruptcy for insolvents from 12 years to three years.

Full details of the new insolvency bill will be published tomorrow morning by the Finance and Justice Ministers.
