Dublin Diocese collects unwanted gifts

The Dublin Diocese is collecting unwanted gifts for the sixth year in a row this year.

The diocese is urging the public to drop presents in to St Mary's Pro Cathedral for distribution among the needy and the lonely.

The church is working in conjunction with Crosscare.

Fr Pat O'Donogue said last year's gift drive was very successful. Gifts were distributed to people through their homless services.
