An official study is being carried out on how best to mark a number of upcoming centenaries of historic events.

The British Irish Parliamentary Assembly will consider how to commemorate the signing of the Ulster Covenant, the Easter Rising, and World War One in a manner that is "inclusive, sensitive, and appropriate."
