23 men fined for soliciting prostitutes

Twenty-three men were ordered to pay fines of €470 to local charities after they were convicted today of soliciting for the purposes of prostitution.

The men were arrested in Limerick city between November 11 and December 4 of this year as part of an ongoing investigation during which two female gardaí posed as prostitutes.
