It has been reported that the threshold for the Universal Social Charge will rise from €4,000 to €10,000 in today's Budget.

It has been reported that the threshold for the Universal Social Charge will rise from €4,000 to €10,000 in today's Budget.

That means that earnings below €10,000 will not be subject to the charge.
