McGrath: Septic tank charges would prompt 'civil unrest'

Tipperary South TD Mattie McGrath is predicting civil unrest if septic tank charges are brought in by the Government.

The European Commission is seeking to heavily fine Ireland for not properly inspecting all septic tanks.
