Best-selling US hangover cure released in Ireland
A new hangover prevention drink has been officially launched in Ireland today, in time for the Christmas market.
Customers at the NOHO pop up store in South Anne Street in Dublin are already returning to buy it by the caseload, according to the store.
The product is a 2 oz. beverage, containing essential vitamins and nutrients that the body uses to break down and process alcohol.
The suggested dosage is to take one before the first alcoholic drink, and a second one after the last drink for maximum effect.
The double dose of NOHO retails for €5, available at the pop up store and via the website, www.nohodrink.ie.
A total of 160 Irish people sampled the product on nights out over the last month for a customer survey, with 85% reporting “little or no hangover” the next day, with 90% agreeing that they would recommend it to their friends.
The respondents were predominantly in the 25 to 40 age range (70%) , with half admitting to suffering a hangover once or twice a month, and 30% being hungover once a week or more.
NOHO is now the number-one selling hangover prevention beverage in the US.
