Budget 'to be delivered over two days'

The Budget is to be delivered over two days, it has been reported, in a break from the traditional one-day announcement.

The Irish Times reports that cuts in public spending will now be delivered by the Minister for Public Expenditure Brendan Howlin on Monday week, December 5.
