Kenny describes Cabinet meetings on Budget as 'realistic'

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has described Cabinet meetings this week on the Budget as "pragmatic" and "realistic".

Latest reports of measures under consideration are cuts to the overtime, allowances or premium pay of civil servants, and making dividends and rental income subject to PRSI.
