Woman accused of crushing man to death with car
A 25-year-old Dublin woman has gone on trial accused of murdering a taxi driver by crushing him to death with her car.
Claire Nolan of Sheephill Green in Blanchardstown denies the charge, but admits the manslaughter of 66-year-old Michael Duffy on January 26, 2008.
The Central Criminal Court has heard that an argument had broken out at a party next door that the deceased's son might have interfered with her car.
