A petrol station worker is recovering today following an early-morning robbery in Mullingar, Co Westmeath.

A petrol station worker is recovering today following an early-morning robbery in Mullingar, Co Westmeath.

The employee was threatened and tied up during the raid by a five-man gang, equipped with hammers and batons.
