Two quizzed in connection with Cork man's gun murder
Two men have been arrested over the murder in Cork of a father-of-two during the summer.
Darren Falsey, 36, a native of Waterfall on the outskirts of Cork city, was shot dead when he went to answer a call at his rented house in Carrigaline on August 3.
GardaĂ in Togher investigating the killing made two arrests this morning.
The men, one in his 20s and the other in his 30s, were taken in for questioning under anti-gangland laws.
They are being detained at Mayfield and Togher garda stations under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.
