Hayes concedes defeat in by-election

Fine Gael Minister Brian Hayes has conceded defeat for FG in Dublin West by-election.

The Minister of State for Public Service Reform and the Office of Public Works has said the seat will go to Labour's Patrick Nulty, who he has deemed a "good candidate".
