Gardaí seize €500k of drugs in Louth raid

Gardaí in County Louth seized drugs with an estimated street value of more than €500,000 during a raid on a house near Dunleer last night.

During the search at Adamstown they found a consignment of cannabis and ecstasy tablets, as well as a quantity of ammunition.

Gardaí said the raid was the result of an ongoing operation targeting the sale and supply of drugs in the Louth area.

No arrests have been made during the operation.
