Post-mortem to be carried out after Cork bus fatality

A post-mortem is due to be carried later this morning on the body of a woman who died when she was hit by a bus in Cork city centre yesterday.

The middle-aged pedestrian died after being hit by a bus near the bus station at Parnell Place shortly before 5pm.
