One of two Limerick brothers accused of threatening to kill three members of the same family was refused bail by the Special Criminal Court in Dublin today.

Wayne Dundon (aged 33), of Lenihan Avenue, Limerick, is charged with threatening to kill a mother, her daughter and her son at an address at Ballinacurra Weston in Limerick in two separate incidents in March and September, 2010.
