French investigators to carry out DNA tests on du Plantier clothing

DNA tests are to be carried out on clothing found at the scene where Sophie Toscan du Plantier's body was found in Schull, West Cork, nearly 15 years ago.

DNA tests are to be carried out on clothing found at the scene where Sophie Toscan du Plantier's body was found in Schull, West Cork, nearly 15 years ago.

Two teams of French investigators are due to arrive there in ten days' time.

One team will conduct the tests on bloodstained clothes in Dublin, while the second group will travel to Cork to interview up to 30 people about the case.
