Bruton leads US trade mission

Minister for Enterprise Richard Bruton is leading a week-long trade mission to the US today, concentrating on the southern states.

More than 65 Irish companies are taking part.

Last year, exports of Irish-owned firms to the US grew by 14%.

Executive director of Enterprise Ireland in North America Gerry Murphy said the trade mission would attempt to boost Irish exports to the southern states.
