Man crushed to death outside car dealership

A Co Laois man has died today after being crushed outside a car dealers in Galway.

It happened at about 1.30pm yesterday afternoon as cars were being loaded at Windsor Motors in Ballybrit.

The 48-year-old, who became crushed between a truck and a car, died in hospital in the early hours of this morning.

The Health and Safety Authority has been notified.
