Brown Thomas 'bullying' case struck out

The High Court has struck out a case in which a lingerie buyer for Brown Thomas claimed she was dismissed after making a bullying complaint.

Mary Mullin from Rathgar in Dublin had secured a temporary order on Monday, stopping the store from terminating her employment.
