A Kildare man has been charged with stalking a former general election running mate of Brian Cowen.

Joe Delaney (aged 55) with an address at Ballyhagan, Carbury is accused of harassing auctioneer, developer and former Fianna Fáil councillor Gerard Killally who is from Edenderry, in Co. Offaly.
