A Bord na Mona subsidiary is to take over from Kildare County Council in the region's waste collection service.

A Bord na Mona subsidiary is to take over from Kildare County Council in the region's waste collection service.

From Monday, AES Bord na Mona will collect waste from 80,000 homes creating 25 jobs in the process.

The company is guaranteeing there will be no price changes for bin tags up until at least June 2012.
