Man stabbed in Dublin attack

Gardaí are investigating after a man was stabbed in Dublin in the early hours of this morning.

The 26-year-old victim suffered serious wounds in the attack at a house in Ashlawn Park, Ballybrack at about 12.45am.

He was taken to St Vincent's Hospital for treatment, where his condition is said to be serious but stable.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination.

Gardaí at Dun Laoghaire are investigating.
