Guinness assesses garda 'wake-boarding' attempt

Officials at the Guinness Book of Records are to examine video footage of five gardaí who successfully completed a "wake-boarding" attempt.

The officers, from the Community Policing section in north Cork, skimmed the 62-mile ferry route from Rosslare in Co Wexford to Fishguard last Tuesday in just five and a half hours.
