Cork gardaí seek to identify injured man found in Ballincollig

Gardaí in Cork are appealing for help in identifying a man who has been found with serious head injuries in Ballincollig.

The man is in a serious condition in Cork University Hospital and gardaí are anxious to contact his relatives.

It is thought he suffered the injuries in a fall on Thursday night.

He is a white man in his 30s, between 5 foot 10 and 6 feet in height. He has a thin build with dark brown wavy hair with side burns.

When found, the man was wearing blue Jeff Banks jeans; blue, green and white Nike/Lacoste runners; a white T-shirt with a Wrangler blue, white and beige checked shirt and a green and blue striped jumper.
