Future reports are set to reveal more failures by State organisations caring for children, Minister for Children Frances Fitzgerald said today.

Future reports are set to reveal more failures by State organisations caring for children, Minister for Children Frances Fitzgerald said today.

Speaking at the launch of a report into children in the care of the State, Minister Fitzgerald said that both the church and that State have failed young people.
