Staff worried Superquinn may go under amid dispute

Lawyers representing the directors of Superquinn are due before the High Court on Monday, when a date will be set for a full hearing into their claim that receivers for the company were not properly appointed.

However, unions representing 2,800 Superquinn staff have warned that unless the legal dispute is resolved swiftly, the company will go under.
