B&Q Ireland is facing a substantial fine after the death of a customer two years ago.

Bus driver Michael O'Rourke was shopping in the garden centre at Tallaght in Dublin on a Sunday afternoon in March 2009, when he was struck by a bale of fencing, which fell from the rack above him.
