Man suffers slash wounds in Tyrone incident

A 20-year-old man has been taken to hospital with slash wounds to his chest following an altercation in Strabane, Co Tyrone.

He needed between 50 and 60 stitches to repair the injuries he sustained during an altercation between foreign nationals in the Mellmont Muse area of Ballycolman, Strabane.
