Job fears as Glaxo Smith Kline to meet staff today

Staff at Glaxo Smith Kline pharmaceutical plant in Co Waterford will learn their fate later.

Workers at the Dungarvan facility have been called into a meeting with management 3pm.

The British pharmaceutical giant is the biggest employer in Dungarvan, with more than 700 people working at the plant.

An operations review has been carried out for the company by McKenzie Consulting over recent months.
