Six Irish members of Gaza flotilla vow to continue

Six crew members from the Irish Ship that was forced to abandon its journey to Gaza after it was sabotaged are planning to continue on their mission.

A propeller shaft on the MV Saoirse was severely damaged as it anchored in a Turkish port before heading to join the main flotilla.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs Eamon Gilmore said he is taking a very serious view of the incident which he said will have to be investigated by the Turkish authorities.
