Man dies in accident at Wexford factory

Two investigations are underway following a man's death at a factory in Co Wexford.

The self-employed 66-year-old died in an accident at the facility in Kilmacree, Drinagh, at about 9.30pm yesterday evening.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, and his body was removed to Wexford General Hospital.

The Health and Safety Authority and gardaí are both investigating the incident.
