Jury fails to reach verdict in Wicklow murder trial

The jury has failed to agree on a verdict in the trial of a Wicklow man accused of gunning down a father of two.

Garrett O'Brien of Clover Hill, Bray is now facing a retrial for the murder of Seamus O'Byrne in the driveway of his home in Tymon Park North, Tallaght on March 13, 2009.
