Outsourcing services firm announces 150 jobs in Cork
SouthWestern is to create 150 new jobs in Clonakilty, Co. Cork over the next three years.
The company also announced a €3.5m investment in research and development with support from Government through Enterprise Ireland.
The Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton made the announcement when he visited the firm’s headquarters in Clonakilty, Co. Cork this morning.
The firm currently employs 450 people in Ireland and another 150 internationally.
CEO of SouthWestern Jim Costello, said: "The R&D programme on which the company is about to embark will concentrate on software development solutions for the public services, utilities, local government and financial services sectors."
