Varadkar: Newspaper 'hyped up' bailout comments

Transport Minister Leo Varadkar has said a newspaper article in which he spoke about about the possibility of Ireland needing a second bailout "hyped up" his comments.

In an interview with the Sunday Times, Leo Varadkar said it was unlikely Ireland would raise money from the international bond markets next year as originally planned, but added the country might be able to fully return to the markets "at some stage" in 2013.
