Twelve charged after arrest near reception for Queen
Twelve people were last night charged with public order offences, after being arrested near the Convention Centre in Dublin.
Gardaí believe the group, one woman and 11 men, was planning to mount violent protests against the State visit of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II.
