N7 reopens after device is declared a hoax

The N7 Naas Road in Dublin has now fully reopened at the Green Isle following an earlier incident.

The road had been closed, both inbound and outbound for a time, after a suspect device was found.

The device was declared a hoax following an examination by the Army's Bomb Disposal Team and has been handed over to Gardaí for further investigation.

All diversions have now been lifted.
