Dublin Gardaí investigate serious assault on teenager

A teenager is being treated in hospital in Dublin this morning after a serious assault in the capital last night.

The incident happened at a bus stop in Drumcondra at around 9pm.

The 16-year-old was taken to the Mater Hospital where he is said to be in a serious condition.

Gardaí at Fitzgibbon Street are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
