Obama to make public address at ticketed event

Barack Obama's will meet President Mary McAleese and make a public address in Dublin at an entertainment event on May 23, the Taoiseach has confirmed.

Tickets for the Dublin event are free of charge to the public, but the venue has yet to be announced.
