Army carries out controlled explosion on Ballymena suspect device

A controlled explosion has been carried out on a suspicious vehicle found in a housing estate in Ballymena, Co Antrim.

It was discovered in the Ballykeel estate on the Crebilly Road.

The PSNI are asking people to avoid the area while the security alert is ongoing.
