Ombudsman's report: Children 'largely invisible' in public decision-making
A new study by the Children's watchdog finds individual children are "largely invisible" when public bodies make decisions that profoundly affect their lives.
The report by Children's Ombudsman Emily Logan explores 10 key case studies involving children, from the provision of appropriate social housing for a disabled boy to the care of a young person who died while in the hands of the HSE.
