Woman's body discovered in Dublin

Gardaí are investigating the discovery of a woman's body in Dublin this morning.

They were notified by the ambulance service at about 8.30am, after the find at a house on Blackhorse Avenue, near Cabra.

The body of the woman in her late 40s remains at the scene, which has been sealed off for a technical examination.

Gardaí say they are examining all of the circumstances surrounding the woman's death.
