Man arrested after Kildare drug seizure
A man has been arrested in connection with a drug seizure in Co Kildare.
Some €96,000 worth of cannabis was found when gardaí stopped and searched a van in Cardenton, Athy shortly after 7pm yesterday.
The man - who is in his 20s - was detained and is being held at Kildare garda station under Section Two of the Drug Trafficking Act.
