Kenny to consider motion of censure against Lowry

Taoiseach Enda Kenny has said that he will give consideration today to a motion of censure in Independent TD Michael Lowry.

However Mr Kenny has warned that the former Minister cannot be constitutionally removed from the Dáil no matter what motion is passed against him.
