Second-time lucky for independent candidate Healy in Tipp South

It was a case of second time lucky for independent candidate Seamus Healy, in the Tipperary South constituency.

Mr Healy was the first to be elected in the constituency earlier, on the fourth count. He lost out by just 57 votes in the 2007 election.
